In five years, Pavoh has expanded to meet the needs of thousands of young people each on his or her own journey to self-expression and belonging through music. From the youngest guitar student to the most accomplished indie band member, the organization fills a void. The young people that participate with Pavoh are as unique as the music they make. Beginning/Intermediate Guitar (and other instruments as identified): Small group lessons develop fundamental playing skills as well as music theory. Over time, students perform music with emotion, write songs, and collaborate with others. Performance is encouraged.
Pavoh provides instruments to community partners engaging in Pavoh Programs. Instruments are used throughout the year for lessons at partner sites. Your donations make this possible. Participate in our donation days or make a monetary donation.
This accessible music program is staffed by experienced music teachers who provide workshops and group lessons. Lessons develop fundamental playing skills and encourage participation and performance. Over time, students perform and collaborate with others.
Pavoh A Cappella Festival
A Cappella is a unique music experience for young singers. Groups choose, learn and arrange their own songs. Pavoh A Cappella Festival provides an introduction to competition and provides workshops for skills-building and improvement.
A celebration of new and developing acts, performers are also inspired by accomplished guest performers. Participants have an opportunity to prepare under the supervision of a coach/mentor, take the stage and get a feel for performing in front of a live audience.
