Meet the Class of '14
Closer Than We Appear
Gabe Goodman (Vocals, Rhythm Guitar); Max DiRado (Lead Guitar); Jack Duff (Bass); Jillian Palubicki (Vocals); Ben Garman (drums). The group has played many venues across New England. Along the way, the band released Evaluating Expressions, an EP which won Limelight Magazine's 2013 Album of The Year.
The Cranks are twins Connor and Haley Gowland and Alex Markoski. They're a young indie, alt-rock band - and you were expecting 4 guys and lots of guitars? The Cranks have something else to offer; a dynamic, open sound with captivating melodies, female vocals in the forefront with songwriting and lyric themes you would expect from veterans.
The Meadows Brothers
The Meadows Brothers are Ian and Dustin Meadows, 19 and 17. They visualized "The Meadows Brothers" as a manifestation of their lifelong love of folk music, songwriting, old instruments, live performance, and high energy showmanship. After playing at a few high school coffeehouses accompanied by only an acoustic guitar, they made it official, and started playing shows together; classic "sibling harmonies" blending with well worn acoustic guitars.
